High quality condensate
Energy consumption is reduced to a minimum by using a heat pump in a vacuum. With an absolute pressure of ≈ 33 mbar in the boiling chamber, evaporations occurs at very low temperatures (≈ 35 ºC). Volumes treated 150 – 30,000 litres/day.

The refrigeration plant has two boiling chambers: the high pressure side is used to bring the product being treated to boiling point in the first boiling chamber, while the low pressure side is used to condense the steam produced in the second stage. This allows an energy saving of about 45%.

This evaporator guarantees a higher concentration of the liquid treated, with the aid of a wall scraper system with a lower blade driven by a gear motor. Volumes to be treated up to 1500 lt/g.

Elimination of the Liquid
The ES series allows you to obtain a concentrate in the form of dry mud/crystals in the boiling chamber, and a condensate that can be recycled into the industrial process.

Energy saving and Large Volumes
Alternative energy sources (including methane, GPL, steam, olive residues) can be used to produce hot water or steam as a source of energy for the ME Multiple Effect series.
